10 am Sunday is still touted as the most segregated hour in America. How can this be? How can the gospel of peace bear witness to so much division? Can we inhabit a different story? I hope so. But first, we would do well to know the contours of the one we presently inhabit.
To that end, I invite you to learn together with me from Dr. Esau McCaulley's work "Reading While Black."
Over four Sundays (11:30ish-1) we will join to discuss Dr. McCaulley's work.
We have about 4 spots left so there's still time to save your spot! We'll be meeting this week after our gathering to map out our reading schedule so there is no need to read prior to attending this week.
